The Gary Tinker Room

In the spring of 2006, it was brought to our attention here at the La Ronge Hotel & Suites by Mr. Gary Tinker that no hotel facilities existed in La Ronge for disabled guests.
So in cooperation and consultation with The Gary Tinker Federation we have designed and put into service La Ronge's only hotel room for disabled persons.
It is named the Gary Tinker Room and is fully wheel chair accessible.

The Gary Tinker Room features:

  • Double size pillow-top beds
  • Flat Screen television
  • Pull out sofa
  • Free wireless internet access
  • Mini fridge & microwave
  • In room coffee
  • Alarm clock & wake-up calls
  • Hair dryer
  • Iron & ironing board
  • Individual temperature controls
  • Voicemail
  • Walk-in/wheel-in shower
  • Wheel chair height light switches and utilities controls
  • Two support poles are strategically placed, on by the bed, and another in the washroom
